1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on 48niceph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 48niceph at any time. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or through any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any duplicate accounts identified by 48niceph will be closed, and balances or pending winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Accurate Information

All personal information provided to 48niceph at registration and updated at any subsequent point must be accurate and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and any payment account details linked to your 48niceph wallet. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and withholding of any withdrawable balance pending investigation.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 48niceph account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bets at the time of the closure request will be settled according to the standard rules. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method subject to standard processing timelines and verification requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

48niceph accepts the following Philippine payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa or Mastercard bank-issued cards. 4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts at 48niceph are set per payment method and published in the cashier section of the platform. 48niceph does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges that are outside of 48niceph's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe published in the 48niceph cashier section, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirement being met. 48niceph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 4.4 Currency

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant by 48niceph. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, as notified to the registered contact details. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at any time.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed at 48niceph are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check all bet details — selection, odds, stake amount — before confirming any wager. Technical errors or misclicks are not grounds for bet cancellation once confirmation has been received. 48niceph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in specific circumstances stated in the betting rules for the relevant sport or game.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

48niceph reserves the right to adjust odds, suspend markets, or void markets before or during an event where there is reason to do so — including but not limited to technical error, incorrect odds publication, match abandonment, or integrity concerns. Bets placed before an odds correction will be honoured at the original odds unless the discrepancy was the result of a manifest error.

5.3 Manifest Error

A manifest error is defined as an obvious or palpable mistake in the odds or market published at 48niceph. Bets placed on a manifest error may be voided by 48niceph at its discretion, and the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 48niceph's decision on whether an error constitutes a manifest error is final.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets at 48niceph. These limits are displayed on each market before confirmation and may vary by event type, market, and account tier. 48niceph may impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion without prior notice.

5.5 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or game. Settlement timelines are published per product. In the event of a disputed result, 48niceph reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Promotional offers at 48niceph are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general rules apply to all 48niceph promotions:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion and may include account age, deposit history, or verification status requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 48niceph and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral:

• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool that places bets without direct manual player action.
• Exploiting software bugs, connectivity errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on 48niceph — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data, and compiled odds — is the property of 48niceph or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 48niceph content without explicit prior written permission. 9. Limitation of Liability

11. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected match-fixing, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.

Where an account is suspended or closed for breach, 48niceph may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, any withdrawable balance will be returned through the player's last nominated payment method. 48niceph's decision following investigation is final.

13. Amendments to These Terms

48niceph may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment conditions, or core platform rules — 48niceph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Changes of a minor, administrative, or clarifying nature may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes relating to bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
